A multi-discipline program for the LBM division of one of the country’s largest member-owned co-ops. We restructured their LBM brand, built the website that anchors it, and stayed on as an ongoing strategic partner to their leadership team.

A full brand restructure and new LBM website, an executive LinkedIn presence for their leadership, and ongoing strategic advising for the team. Plus AI and visibility trainings, keynote speaking at their markets and on site, managed social, live podcast activations at four markets, an in-person millwork training academy, and Behind the Build features with members and vendors like Harbin Lumber. We also bring media and partnership opportunities to their members across the co-op, putting member companies on camera and in front of the channel.

A custom-built CRM with automations, the program website, all marketing collateral, managed social pages and posting, managed Google Ads, and a contractor enablement training program, so the right remodelers are recruited, equipped, and trained from first touch to closed sale.

The luxury millwork sub-brand from Magbee Contractors Supply. Their buyers are homeowners and builders working on $2M to $10M homes, and some north of $10M. That product, and the way it has to be positioned, is a different world from a six-panel colonial interior door going on a tract build. So we built a separate brand whose look and feel mimics that customer base, one of two complete rebuilds we shipped for their main and millwork brands.

Ongoing media to match the brand. On-site photography across multiple jobsites and a growing series of Behind the Build features. Burton Community, Lew Oliver, and The Perch, plus a Magbee feature with a live podcast, with a third in production. “Their creativity and data-driven approach delivered results beyond our expectations.”
