Terms and Conditions for Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint AI Agents, AI Automations, AI-Generated Photos, Videos, and Related Content

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint’s AI Agents, AI Automations, AI-generated Photos, Videos, and related content (collectively “Services”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.

2. License and Usage
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services, including AI-generated photos and videos, without express written consent from Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All AI models, algorithms, automation scripts, AI-generated photos, videos, and related intellectual property rights provided by Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint remain the exclusive property of Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint. You do not acquire any ownership rights through usage of these Services. Violations will result in legal actions, including injunctions and damages claims.

4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the AI technology.

• Use the Services to produce or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Services.

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as original human-created work.

Violations of these restrictions will result in immediate suspension or termination of service, potential legal action, and damages.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods, technology, and business information exchanged during the course of providing and receiving the Services. This includes AI-generated photos, videos, and any other proprietary outputs. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for three (3) years after the termination of services.

6. Data Privacy
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint will handle all data provided by users in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including clear data handling and retention practices. Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs, including photos and videos, are based on data inputs provided by the user. Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint assumes no responsibility for inaccuracies in outputs resulting from incorrect or incomplete user inputs.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance
While Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to its Services, occasional downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occur. Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint will notify users in advance whenever possible.

8. Liability Limitation
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Services. Total liability under any circumstances will not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

Notification of claims must be provided promptly, within ten (10) business days of becoming aware of the issue.

10. Termination
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these terms or misuse of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

12. Amendments and Regular Review
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint commits to reviewing and updating these terms annually to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or business practices.
