Terms and Conditions for Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint
AI Agents, AI Automations, AI-Generated Photos, Videos, SMS Messaging, and Related Content

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint’s AI Agents, AI Automations, SMS/text messaging tools, AI-generated photos, videos, or any related content or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

2. License and Usage
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business only. You cannot resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially profit from any part of these Services without written approval.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All AI models, workflows, automations, scripts, SMS systems, and AI-generated content remain the sole property of Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint. You do not gain ownership rights by using the Services. Unauthorized use or duplication may result in legal action.

4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or recreate any part of the AI or SMS technology.
• Use the Services to create or send harmful, offensive, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Mislead end-users about the origin of AI-generated content.
• Abuse SMS tools for spam, unsolicited messaging, or activity that violates carrier rules.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Services.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and potential legal action.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance
If you use any SMS or text messaging features:
• You are responsible for obtaining proper user consent.
• You must comply with all federal, state, and carrier-level rules, including TCPA, CTIA, and any opt-in/opt-out standards.
• Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint is not responsible for penalties arising from misuse, incorrect contact lists, lack of consent, or message content you provide.
• We reserve the right to suspend SMS features if your usage risks violations or carrier blocks.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary methods, technology, messaging workflows, AI content, and business information confidential. These obligations last three (3) years after the end of your services.

7. Data Privacy
Data you provide will be handled with care and in line with applicable laws. AI outputs, including SMS content, are based on your inputs. Incorrect or incomplete inputs can produce inaccurate results. Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint is not liable for errors caused by user-provided data.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance
There may be downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues. When possible, Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint will give advance notice.

9. Liability Limitation
Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages tied to your use of the Services. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the previous twelve (12) months.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint and its team for claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:
• Your misuse of the Services
• Content you create or send (including SMS)
• Any breach of these terms
You must notify Build Women LLC DBA Grit Blueprint of any claim within ten (10) business days.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated or abuse is detected.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms follow the laws of the State of Georgia. All disputes will be handled in Georgia state or federal courts.

13. Amendments and Regular Review
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. Terms will be reviewed yearly to reflect changes in law, technology, or operations.
